Job summary

Coloma Convent Girls' School is seeking a reliable Premises Officer to join its site team in London Borough of Croydon. The role focuses on maintaining buildings, grounds and facilities to ensure safety, security and smooth operation throughout the year.

The successful candidate will work with the Premises Manager and Operations Manager, carry out maintenance tasks, assist with compliance and health & safety, and support events and lettings.

Qualifications

• Reliable, proactive Premises Officer capable of maintaining school facilities.
• Experience with compliance and health & safety requirements is desirable.
• Willingness to support school events and lettings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out practical maintenance duties to keep buildings and grounds safe and fully operational.
• Assist with compliance and health & safety requirements across the site.
• Support school events and lettings, working with the Premises Manager/Operations Manager.
