Job summary

Pond Meadow Academy Trust is seeking a highly organised People, Payroll & Compliance Officer to provide comprehensive admin support across HR, payroll and workforce compliance. Working under the HR Manager, you will help manage the employee lifecycle and ensure accurate records.

You will coordinate payroll data, maintain HR systems, administer staff benefits and absence processes, and support reporting and census obligations.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience handling payroll and confidential information is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple processes to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
