Job summary

Bradfield Secondary School is seeking an experienced School Operations Manager to join the leadership team. You will oversee day-to-day operational and administrative services to support teaching and learning and work closely with the Headteacher and central Trust teams.

You will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, while building strong relationships with INOVA’s central finance, HR, estates and digital teams.You will lead and coordinate a range of operational teams and services, including reception, student services, administration, cover, reprographics, catering and cleaning.
