Job summary

Bradfield Secondary School is seeking an experienced School Operations Manager to join the leadership team. You will oversee day-to-day operational and administrative services to support teaching and learning and work closely with the Headteacher and central Trust teams.

The role requires strong organisational skills, experience in school operations, and a commitment to safeguarding and high standards of service across reception, admin, catering, cleaning and student services.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in managing school operations within a secondary school.
• Ability to lead operational and administrative staff and processes.
• Understanding of health and safety, HR processes and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational advice and support to the Headteacher and senior leaders.
• Lead day-to-day operational and administrative activity across the school.
• Manage and develop operational staff and their wellbeing, setting clear expectations.
