You will drive recruitment, onboarding, staff wellbeing, absence management, performance procedures, and compliance with safeguarding and employment law, while partnering with senior leaders to shape people development and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Previous HR management experience within a school setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of education HR processes and employment legislation.
• CIPD qualification desirable.
