Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a School Nurse with SCPHN qualification in School Nursing (or current SCPHN student) to join the Public Health 0-19 Service in Merton on a fixed-term contract until Sept 2027. You will work with children, young people and families, schools and partners to promote health and reduce inequalities.

The role involves delivering the Healthy Child Programme, safeguarding, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and contributing to service development

Qualifications

  • You must be a Registered Nurse with current UK NMC registration and hold a SCPHN qualification in School Nursing or be an SCPHN School Nursing student nearing qualification.

  • Contribute to safeguarding and support early intervention to reduce health inequalities.

We are looking for a School Nurse to join our welcoming and forward-thinking School Nursing team within the Public Health 0-19 Service in Merton(Fixed Term contract until Sept 2027).   • Contribute to safeguarding practice and support early intervention to reduce health inequalities.
  • Support service development, quality improvement and health promotion initiatives while maintaining your own continuing professional development.
