Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a School Nurse with SCPHN in School Nursing or due to qualify soon. You will work within the Public Health 0–19 Service in London to improve health and life chances for children and families.

You will deliver evidence-based, person-centred care, collaborate with schools and partner agencies, and promote health, inequality reduction and safeguarding in a dynamic team.

Qualifications
