Applicants must hold an SCPHN school nurse qualification or have it pending.
As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will possess excellent communication skills and have broad experience working in community settings with children and their families.
You will be a solution-focused team player supporting the delivery of the universal offer within a 0-19 integrated neighborhood team.
You will manage a caseload that includes universal plus and partnership plus cases, working collaboratively with other agencies to ensure child protection and optimal health outcomes for children and families in Bolton. You will work within the community, engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds and varying needs.
Specialist Community Public Health Nurses in Bolton deliver evidence-based services using a range of assessment and intervention tools, providing excellent support alongside a wider multidisciplinary 0-19 service.
