Job summary

Simply Education Ltd is seeking a reliable School Minibus Driver to transport students to and from the school in Bexhill, East Sussex.

You will be responsible for safe, punctual journeys, daily vehicle checks and maintaining a clean vehicle.

The role offers Monday to Friday hours with temporary or permanent opportunities, and a rewarding environment within an education setting.

Qualifications

• A full, valid UK driving licence.
• The appropriate entitlement/licence to drive a school minibus.
• Previous minibus or school transport experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving the school minibus to transport students.
• Completing school runs and student transportation as required.
• Ensuring students are collected and dropped off safely and on time.
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks.
• Maintaining a clean and safe vehicle.

Simply Education is currently recruiting for a reliable, responsible and professional School Minibus Driver to work at a school.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Minibus Driver, School Driver, Passenger Transport Driver or School Transport Driver looking for a rewarding role within an education environment.

The Role

As a School Minibus Driver, your main responsibility will be to ensure students are transported safely, punctually and professionally.

• Previous minibus, school transport, passenger transport or similar driving experience


• A safe and responsible approach to driving


• Excellent punctuality and reliability


• Good communication skills


• Previous experience working within a school or education setting would be advantageous, although relevant driving and passenger transport experience will be considered.
