Job summary

Walsgrave Church of England Academy, part of Inspire Education Trust in Coventry, is seeking a reliable Midday Supervisor. The role is permanent, 10 hours per week term time only, with a pro rata salary of £5,809 per annum.

You will support children in the dining hall, assist with opening lunch boxes, supervise the hall and playground, and help run indoor activities when weather prevents outdoor play. Experience with children is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and building positive relationships.
• Able to manage behaviour and maintain a respectful learning environment.
• Good individual and team skills; handle various situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist children in the dining hall and open lunch boxes as needed.
• Clear tables and dispose of waste food and drink.
• Supervise children in the hall and on the playground; oversee indoor activities when weather prevents outdoor play.
