Job summary

Charlton Wood Primary Academy is looking for a calm, caring individual to supervise children in the dining hall and on the playground. The role focuses on encouraging positive play, fostering inclusion, and helping children form positive relationships with peers.

It is term-time only, Monday to Friday, 11:30am-1pm (7.5 hours per week). The appointment is permanent, with induction, DBS check, and ongoing training provided.

Job description

Days/Hours: Term Time Only, Monday-Friday, 11:30am-1pm = 7.5 hours per week

Salary: N3 FTE £24,796 (Actual £4,299.63)

Contract: Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Interview Date: Wednesday 30 September, Time to be confirmed

Duties include supervising children in the dining hall and playground, encouraging positive play and behaviour, supporting inclusion, providing basic first aid where appropriate, and helping children to build positive relationships with their peers.
