Woodford Primary School in the Westcountry Schools Trust is seeking a Mealtime Assistant to supervise lunch-times and support pupils in the dining hall and playground. The role is term-time (38 weeks), 5 hours 50 minutes per week, Monday to Friday 12:00 to 13:10, Grade A £13.28 per hour, permanent contract.
You will promote safe, happy, and positive lunchtimes while maintaining a calm, hygienic environment.

We are looking for someone who can help ensure our children have safe, happy and positive lunchtimes. The successful candidate will support pupils in the dining hall and playground, helping with mealtime routines, encouraging positive play, maintaining a calm and hygienic environment, and being vigilant about children’s safety and wellbeing. They will be caring, proactive and willing to undertake safeguarding training as part of their role.
