Job summary

The Witherslack Group Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a school, responsible for supervising a skilled maintenance team and carrying out repairs while keeping the grounds neat and compliant with Health & Safety regulations.

You'll work closely with the Regional Property Manager and Head Teacher, start at 8am, and enjoy benefits such as 35 days holiday, training, a £1,000 refer-a-friend bonus, medical cover and a supportive wellbeing package.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a site and supervising a maintenance team.
• Maintenance skills either professional or DIY.
• Ability to lead maintenance workers and contractors.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Willingness to start the day early (8am).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a skilled maintenance team to carry out repairs and general upkeep.
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations are followed and safety inspections are conducted.
• Liaise with the Regional Property Manager and support the Head Teacher.
• Keep school grounds neat, tidy and compliant with policies.
