Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a school in Tonbridge. You will supervise a skilled team to carry out maintenance and general repairs, helping to keep the building and grounds in excellent condition for pupils and staff.

You will ensure Health & Safety regulations are followed, perform safety inspections and stay up to date with issues. You’ll liaise with the Regional Property Manager and support the Head Teacher at the school.

Qualifications

• Have experience managing a site.
• Maintenance skills either professionally or as a DIY enthusiast.
• Support a team of maintenance workers and contractors.
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude – a team player who rolls up their sleeves to help others.
• Know how to apply Health & Safety regulations.
• Be willing to start the day early (8am).
