Responsibilities

• Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs around the school.
• Carrying out basic plumbing and other practical tasks.
• Identifying faults and reporting work requiring a contractor.
• Conducting routine health and safety checks.
• Maintaining maintenance, inspection and compliance records.
• Supporting security of the premises and key-holder duties.
• Monitoring alarms and access points.
• Assisting with school grounds and outdoor areas.
• Moving furniture, receiving deliveries and general duties.
• Working with contractors and other service providers.
