Romans Field School is seeking a part-time lunch assistant to help run the dining hall smoothly for pupils with Autistic and other complex needs. 10 hours per week, 12:00–14:00, Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year, in a supportive school environment.

DBS check will be required; visits welcomed to understand the role and school culture. Successful applicants will work as part of a caring team, interacting confidently with children, maintaining a calm dining area, and helping with light cleaning

Qualifikationen

• Experience interacting with children with diverse learning needs.
• Ability to work as part of a supportive team.
• Willingness to engage with the wider school community.

Aufgaben

• Assist with serving meals to children in the dining hall.
• Clean up any food or liquid spillages during service.
• Wipe down tables and maintain cleanliness between sittings and at the end of lunch.
• Help create a calm, positive dining experience for all pupils.
