Job summary

Ormiston South Parade Academy is seeking a lunchtime supervisor to help supervise pupils during lunch breaks and support a calm, caring environment. You will supervise students in the dining hall, outside areas and/or other school premises, ensuring positive play and good social interaction.

The role is 5 days a week, 10 hours in total, from 11:30am to 1:30pm. Join a team dedicated to the safety and well-being of children and young people in our academy.

Qualifications

• Calm, caring manner when working with pupils.
• Ability to supervise during lunch times and encourage positive play.
• Experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils in dining hall, and in outdoor areas and other school premises during lunch.
• Encourage positive play and good social interaction among pupils.
• Maintain a calm, safe environment and support pupil supervision as part of lunchtime team.
