Job summary

Crestwood School in Dudley, West Midlands, is recruiting a Lettings Assistant on a casual contract to support the Lettings Officer and the Site Team with the day-to-day delivery of Facilities Hire and lettings at the school. You will help run sports activity programmes and undertake maintenance tasks across the site, ensuring safety, cleanliness and reliable customer service for users and hirers.

Flexibility to cover other Lettings staff during absences and holidays is required, with a friendly,

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of sports/leisure and user groups.
• Polite, friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexible with hours; reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Promote health and safety and cleanliness on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lettings Officer with day-to-day delivery of facilities hire.
• Support sports activity programmes and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Work with the site team to ensure smooth lettings operations.
• Cover other Lettings staff during absences when required.
