Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting multiple School Maintenance Caretakers across the West Midlands for temporary assignments in schools. Roles include full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours, and potential progression to a permanent contract.

Immediate start is preferred. Responsibilities include general school maintenance, litter picking, opening/closing the building, and working alone or in a team to complete tasks safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, preferably in education or facilities.
• Available to start immediately and flexible with hours.
• Willingness to complete DBS checks and provide right to work documents.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance of the school as well as litter picking
• Carry out odd jobs delegated to you by the supervisor
• Open and close the school building
• Work independently and as a team to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Set alarms
