Edsential Community Interest Company is seeking a part-time Catering Supervisor to lead school catering operations at Sacred Heart Primary School, Moreton. The role involves supervising kitchen staff, ensuring high hygiene standards, managing allergens, and coordinating with school staff to deliver quality meals.

The position offers 25 hours weekly, with a 08:30–13:30 shift, and benefits including DBS, training, and pension. Salary is £14.11 per hour, permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting food to high hygiene and safety standards.
• Allergen management and dietary considerations.
• Complete kitchen administration: Health and Safety Checks, Allergen Management.
• Maintain records and meet kitchen targets: stock control, food orders, quality assurance.
• Manage relationships with School Staff: Teachers, Business Managers, Head Teachers.
• Manage kitchen staff: processing timesheets, absence management, probation meetings.
