Job summary

Stirling Council is seeking a Catering Supervisor for Strathyre Primary School in Scotland. The role focuses on leading kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and safety, and managing daily catering service within term time and part-time hours.

Experience in supervision and cooking is required, with REHIS Intermediate Hygiene preferred and Elementary Hygiene essential. PVG checks will be required if progressed to interview.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory cooking experience.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Desirable REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene; Elementary Hygiene essential.

Responsibilities
