Job summary

Stirling Council is seeking a Catering Supervisor at Fintry Primary School in Fintry. The role is part-time, term-time, temporary until 27/08/2027, with 27.5 hours per week from 8.30am to 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary ranges from £19,773 to £20,817 per year. The successful candidate will supervise kitchen activities, ensure high standards of cooking and presentation, and comply withFood Safety and Health & Safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' supervisory cooking and presentation experience.
• REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene desirable; Elementary Food Hygiene essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all kitchen activities and meals production.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Act, Health & Safety at Work Act and related legislation.
• Meet service demands for customers of the school kitchen.
