Job summary

Derbyshire Catering Service at Taxal and Fernilee Primary School is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations, from preparation to service. You will manage clerical duties via our digital management system and ensure strict health and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent experience, with knowledge of food hygiene and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2. This on-site role supports the school community.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent experience.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2.
• Experience leading a kitchen team.
