Job summary

Olive Dining Ltd in the UK is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef for a secondary school kitchen, to support daily service with fresh, quality meals for around 1000 students.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm (40 hours), term-time only (41 weeks). You’ll work in a large team, manage allergens, stock and ordering, and help create a welcoming, food-focused environment for pupils, staff and parents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Feed 1000 students daily in a busy secondary school kitchen.
• Work in a large team to coordinate service.
• Build rapport with children, staff and parents.
