The role offers training, opportunities to develop basic culinary skills, and exposure to allergen controls, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Right to work in the UK required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Assist chefs with basic food prep and stock deliveries.
• Operate dishwashers and ensure proper sanitation practices.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support the team in daily kitchen operations and setup for service.
• Allergen controls must be followed and championed.
