You will work closely with the culinary team to help maintain smooth service and hygiene across all areas.

You will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and follow health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and equipment.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained during recruitment.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Food safety or health and hygiene certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of food and snacks following safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and restaurant areas.
• Wash, clean and sterilise kitchen equipment, crockery and service items to high standards and support the kitchen team.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning and kitchen supplies and report shortages; maintain personal hygiene and wear protective clothing.
