Thomas Franks is seeking a Kitchen Porter at our High Wycombe location. You will help keep the kitchen hygienic, safe and at high cleanliness standards, supporting the chefs and handling wash duties as part of a 40-hour week.

Experience with pot wash is preferred; good organisation and clear spoken and written English are important. This is a full-time, permanent role with a 7 day operation and 5 shifts over 7 days, with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Kitchen Porter experience preferred.
• Good organisation skills.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable/verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good written English and reading skills.
• Previous experience in customer and/or food prep environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Keep kitchen hygienic, safe and to high cleanliness standards.
• Assist Chefs with some food prep.
• Handle pot wash duties and clean kitchen equipment.
• Operate industrial dishwasher and maintain hygiene at all times.
