• Manage stock, food ordering, storage, and monitor costs to minimise waste.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness.
• Maintain records for allergens and food safety procedures.
• Lead and organise the kitchen team, delegating duties and promoting teamwork.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and maintained appropriately.
• Provide a friendly service to pupils and staff, promoting healthy eating.
