Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a passionate Chef to prepare and serve high-quality meals for education clients. The role is contracted to 22.5 hours per week across 43.6 weeks per year, offering stable hours and opportunities to develop your culinary skills.

You will oversee menu changes, work with the team to create exciting concepts, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently met. A Food Hygiene certificate and a proactive, flexible attitude are essential.

Formación

• Experience supervising a team in a kitchen environment.
• Experience in a similar Chef role.
• Passion for delivering great-tasting food and customer service.
• Holding a Food Hygiene certificate.
• Flexible approach to working.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food services.
• Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
• Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked.
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
