Impact Food Group is seeking a Cook Manager to lead a kitchen team delivering fresh, seasonal meals to students. You’ll manage daily kitchen operations, develop your team, and ensure high standards of food hygiene and service.

This hands-on role focuses on planning menus, stock control, and liaising with onsite clients to ensure smooth, high-quality service in a school setting. Daytime hours and a strong team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a kitchen, ideally in schools or high-volume catering environments
• Skilled in preparing fresh, seasonal food
• Strong people management and team leadership skills
• Good organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with pride in maintaining high standards
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
