Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer for independent schools, seeks a Junior Chef Manager to lead the culinary team at Hoe Bridge School (Greenfield School) in Woking. You will create menus, manage kitchen operations and deliver outstanding food experiences to pupils, staff and visitors.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in contract catering, ideally in independent education settings.
• Strong kitchen management and leadership skills.
• Experience with menu planning and stock control.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and allergen management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead kitchen operations with focus on food quality, safety and presentation.
• Manage and support a small kitchen team, fostering a positive environment.
• Oversee menu planning, stock control, and supplier relationships.
• Maintain financial records including budgets, ordering and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and safeguarding policies.
• Collaborate with school community to provide a friendly catering experience.
• Enforce allergen controls.
