Job summary

Stirling Council is seeking a Catering Supervisor at Doune Primary School to oversee kitchen operations and ensure high standards in food production and service. The role requires 3 years of supervisory cooking experience and adherence to food hygiene regulations; PVG for Children may be required after interview.

Desirable REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene; Elementary Hygiene essential. Enjoy a balance of office-based planning and hands-on kitchen supervision with flexible working where possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience with quality cooking and presentation.
• REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene desirable; Elementary Food Hygiene essential.
• PVG for Children membership may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen activities related to food production.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Act and Health & Safety at Work Act.
