Job summary

Burford School is seeking a part-time Kitchen Assistant to join our busy school kitchen from October 2026. The post involves assisting in delivering all catering services to students, staff and visitors, with duties including lifting, moving and cleaning equipment.

Hours are 30 per week (8.00am - 2.30pm, Monday to Friday), permanent contract 38 weeks per year plus INSET days; hours are negotiable. Experience in a fast-paced catering environment is desirable and excellent communication is
