Job summary

Wilson Vale is recruiting a General Assistant to join our team at one of our independent schools in Worksop. This casual, zero-hour contract requires flexibility to be rota'd for weekends and evenings, with duties across breakfast, lunch and supper service.

You will support food preparation, quality presentation, and beverage service in our Sixth Form Centre coffee house, while contributing to a clean and welcoming dining environment for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a catering environment.
• High standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Excellent customer service and social skills.
• Able to work as part of a team in a busy setting.
• Willing to participate in varied duties and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and serving for breakfast, lunch and supper.
• Support Sixth Form Centre coffee house operations and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of kitchen and dining hall.
