Job summary

Lift Schools is seeking an IT Technician to be the go-to person for all things tech across a network of schools. You will fix faults on Windows, Apple, and Chrome devices, manage printing and AV equipment, and maintain asset records while working closely with teaching staff.

You'll support school IT infrastructure, update software, and help ensure devices in classrooms and offices function smoothly. DBS checks are part of the safeguarding process.

Qualifications

• Education to at least A-level or equivalent.
• Hands-on hardware and software support experience.
• Comfort with Windows, Apple, and Chrome environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Fix faults on Windows, Apple, and Chrome devices and support staff and students.
• Maintain networks, update software and keep asset records accurate.
• Collaborate with school teams to solve problems and ensure IT equipment works in classrooms and offices.
• Provide reliable IT support to keep teaching activities uninterrupted.
