Job summary

Redwood School is seeking an outstanding IT Manager to oversee the management, maintenance and ongoing development of all IT equipment and infrastructure, and to provide IT support to staff and pupils across the organisation.

You will lead a team across eight sites in Rochdale, Middleton and Heywood, guiding IT developments to enhance teaching and learning with multi‑platform systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS & Android).

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT across a school or similar organisation.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team to deliver reliable IT services.
• Knowledge of IT systems to support teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management, maintenance and development of IT equipment and infrastructure.
• Provide IT support to staff and pupils across the organisation.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and drive IT developments to support teaching.
