Qualifications

• Experience in managing behaviour and inclusion in a school setting.
• Strong pastoral care and ability to monitor student progress.

Responsibilities

• Pastoral care and academic progress of students across the Communities.
• Leading on interventions to support students to access the curriculum.
• Managing and leading the Inclusion Room and maintaining appropriate tone and discipline.
• Contributing to progress by managing student behaviour to ensure work is completed.
• Working with families to support reintegration after suspensions.
