Job summary

Prior’s Court Foundation seeks an experienced School Improvement Partner to provide independent challenge, support and strategic guidance to the School Principal, senior leadership and Governors.

This part-time consultancy (3–6 days per academic year) requires QTS, senior leadership expertise, and a strong background in SEND and autism education to drive improvement and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leading successful school improvement.
  • Significant senior leadership experience within education.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEND and specialist education settings.
  • Experience supporting schools through Ofsted inspections.

Responsibilities
