Job summary

Vaccination UK Ltd seeks an Administrator to support school age immunisation services across multiple sites. The role entails assisting nurses in schools or office, coordinating consent and records, and handling routine admin tasks.

You will promote and facilitate immunisation sessions, maintain databases, and ensure efficient transport and storage of vaccines while adhering to SOPs and policies.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or higher.
• Experience in community settings or with children is desirable.
• Ability to manage own workload without supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, delivery and evaluation of health promotion and immunisation programmes.
• Attend vaccination sessions in schools and local settings with nursing team.
• Coordinate with schools and families to ensure consent and targets are met.
• Maintain records, triage online consent systems and ensure cold chain is kept.
• First point of contact for administrative tasks via face-to-face, phone, and email.
