Job summary

Harris Invictus Academy Croydon is seeking an ICT Technician to deliver high-quality IT support to staff, students and trainee teachers. You will log incidents, manage SLAs and work with the IT Service Manager to maintain on-site infrastructure.

The role requires strong Microsoft product knowledge, on-site experience in an education setting, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy academy environment. A competitive rewards package and generous annual leave are offered.
