Job summary

Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust is seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our Shared Services Team to provide an effective HR helpdesk and professional partner service to our schools. You will visit schools regularly to support their people matters.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will work across Buckinghamshire schools, delivering timely advice, payroll liaison, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement within our child-focused Trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective HR helpdesk to schools.
• Offer professional HR partner service to our schools.
• Visit schools on a regular basis to support people matters.
• Collaborate with payroll on relevant matters.
• Report to the Chief People Officer and work with the Finance team on payroll.
• Support a trust-wide SLA for schools and deliver projects as needed.
