Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust (ODBST) is seeking an HR Partner to support a group of schools across Buckinghamshire. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer and Finance on payroll matters, delivering operational guidance within our SLA framework and across primary and secondary settings.

As HR Partner you will be working in our newly created friendly and supportive HR team and work in close liaison with the Finance team on payroll matters. This role will report to the Chief People Officer. You will work in partnership with a group of schools allocated to you, but across the Trust as directed to meet wider capacity needs and to deliver projects. The ability to develop key relationships at each setting is vital when supporting our primary and secondary schools across Buckinghamshire. You will support them with a range of people matters with timely operational advice linked to our published Service Level Agreement to schools. This is a busy, varied role in a child and people focused Trust, where you will be working in a culture of continuous improvement and will have a real opportunity to make a difference to our schools.
