Job summary

Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust (ODBST) is seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our Shared Services Team, providing an effective HR helpdesk and professional partner service to our schools. You will visit schools on a regular basis.

As part of a new friendly HR team, you will work with Finance on payroll matters and support across Buckinghamshire, delivering projects and services under our SLA to schools. The role is child-focused and offers CPD and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR Partner with education focus.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple schools.
• Willingness to travel to schools regularly.
• Customer-focused HR advisory experience within education.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR helpdesk support and professional partner service to the schools.
• Visit schools on a regular basis and collaborate with Payroll/Finance.
• Work with a group of schools across the Trust to deliver projects and SLAs.
• Support staff with timely operational advice under our Service Level Agreement.
