Job summary

Glenthorne High School is seeking an organised, proactive HR Officer to join our school community. Working alongside an HR Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for HR queries and provide support across the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will help ensure processes comply with employment legislation and Willow Learning Trust policies, contributing to safeguarding excellence and staff welfare in a busy secondary school setting.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive HR Officer with strong communication skills.
• Experience supporting staff and managers across a school setting.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and Trust policies.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for HR queries.
• Provide support and guidance to staff and managers across the school.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle in line with employment law and Trust policies.
• Collaborate with Willow Learning Trust Central Services to ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently.
