Stratton School is seeking a part-time HR Officer to manage personnel duties, safeguarding for recruitment, and employee lifecycle tasks in a busy school environment.

You will handle payroll processes, maintain records, and be the first point of contact for staff on HR and contract matters, with guidance from the Hub Team. The role supports the school’s inclusive ethos and close teamwork with the Principal.

Formación

• Experience in HR within a school or similar environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and integrity.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain records throughout recruitment campaigns and employee lifecycles.
• Process payroll services.
• Be the first point of contact for HR, pay and contract matters, with guidance from the Hub Team.
• Collaborate with the Principal and the HR team to support staffing needs.
