Job summary

Outwood Academy Valley in Worksop is seeking a dedicated Food Technician to support the Technology Department. You will assist with food preparation and hygiene standards, manage stock and equipment, and help keep the learning environment safe and well-organized.

The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only plus 5 additional days (39 weeks). Start date is as soon as possible, with actual salary of £21,955 to £22,304 per year.

Qualifications

• Food preparation and hygiene standards experience.
• Ability to support teaching and learning in a busy Food Technology environment.
• Stock control, equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning in the Technology Department on a day-to-day basis.
