Job summary

Newquay Tretherras in Cornwall (CELT) is seeking a proactive First Aid Administrator to support student health, safety and wellbeing. You will provide day-to-day first aid, respond to illnesses and injuries, and work with staff, parents and carers to ensure appropriate care throughout the school day.

The role requires good organisation, confidentiality and initiative, with knowledge of first aid procedures and experience in medical administration in a school.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of administering first aid.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to use initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day first aid support and respond to illnesses and injuries.
• Maintain accurate medical and accident records and ensure appropriate care throughout the school day.
• Support administration of student medical information and safeguarding procedures.
• Assist with first aid guidance, training and equipment stock management.
