The Education Network Birmingham is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to oversee financial management, operations, HR, and compliance, ensuring school systems support high-quality education. You will report to the Headteacher and lead strategic planning across admin and support services.

You will champion safeguarding, lead budget processes, and develop policies and procedures in a fast-paced school environment, contributing to the wider growth and successful delivery of education.

Formación

• Proven experience leading finance, operations, or business functions within a school or similar setting.
• Ability to lead long-term planning and align functions with school priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with staff, governors, and external partners.
• Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Experience across budget management, compliance, HR, premises, procurement, or support services.
