Prospero Teaching is seeking a compassionate Family Liaison Officer for a secondary school in Tendring, Essex. You will connect home and school, supporting students and families to overcome barriers to learning and progress.

The role focuses on safeguarding, attendance support, and coordinated interventions with external agencies. Ideal candidates will have experience with children or families in education or community settings, excellent communication skills, and a caring, empathetic approach.

• Experience with children or families in education or community settings.

• Full driving licence (advantageous).
