Marchant Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded independent school in Fulham to appoint a Facilities Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. You will ensure the buildings and grounds meet the highest standards, delivering a safe, welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

As theFacilities Manager you will lead all aspects of facilities management, including planned and reactive maintenance, contractor coordination, health and safety, and budgeting, with an immediate start

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, estates, or premises management.
• Proven ability to lead a busy site and drive high standards.
• Strong coordination of contractors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance.
